Abstract
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je na konkrétní zakázce popsat organizaci zakázky ve stavebním podniku. Tedy ukázat danou zakázku v jejích klíčových částech a popsat jednotlivé fáze organizace zakázky ve firmě. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku samotného projektového řízení. Popisuje cíle a plány stavebního podniku, okolnosti týkající se organizace projektu, jeho fází a cílů. V závěru teoretické části jsou kapitoly věnované firemním organizačním strukturám a fázím řízení zakázky. Druhá část práce je část praktická, která se zabývá aplikací projektového řízení společností Skanska a.s., zejména pak fázemi popisujícími postup zakázky podnikem.
The objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe the organisation of an order in a construction company through a specific order example. Thus, this thesis shows the order in its key parts and describes the individual stages of the order organisation in the company. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the actual project management problems. It describes the objectives and plans of a construction company, the background circumstances related to the project organisation, to its stages and aims. The chapters focused on the organisational structures of the company and on the stages of the contract management can be found at the end of the theoretical part of this thesis. The second part of this thesis is practical and it deals with the application of the project management in the company Skanska a. s., in particular, with the stages that describe the process of the order passing through the company.
