Abstract
Práca rieši projektovú dokumentáciu polyfunkčnej budovy v Piešťanoch. Objekt je čiastočne podpivničený, má dve nadzemné podlažia. Polyfunkčný objekt má tvar písmena H, osadený do rovinného terénu. V suteréne je situovaná garáž, sklady, technické miestnosti. Prvé nadzemné podlažie slúži k prevádzkovým účelom. Je tu umiestená lékáreň a ambulancia obvodného lekára. Pre oba provozy je vytvorené zázemie pre zamestnancov. Prvé nadzemné podlažie je riešené bezbarierovo. V druhom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádzaju dva samostatné byty pre štvorčlenné rodiny. Obidva byty majú rovnaký podorys. Objekt obsahuje dva balkóny. Zastrešený je plochou strechou s výlezom na strechu zo schodiskového prostoru. Objekt ma moderný architektonický štýl.
The thesis sloves a project documentation of multifunftional building in Piešťany. The object is a partially basement, it has two floors. Multifunctional building has a shape of the letter H, planted in grand planar terrain. There are garage, storage, technical room. The first floor is used for operating purposes. There is a pharmacy and outpatient doctor. For both tradic is there facilities for employers. The first floor is designed for disabled persons. In the second floor there are two separand flats for family of four. Both flats have identical grand plan. Object has includes balconies. Object is covered by a flat roof with climb to the roof situated in the staircase room. Object has modern architectural style.
