Abstract
Bakalářská práce řeší obnovu a dostavbu funkcionalistického objektu Zimních lázní Brno-Zábrdovice. Hlavním cílem práce bylo navržení nového funkčního využití stávajícího objektu s ohledem na původní funkci, doplnění o přístavbu s výhledem na zvýšení atraktivity objektu a nabízených služeb. Bakalářská práce zahrnuje pouze rekonstrukci objektu Zimních lázní, plánované je však i rozšíření o nový objekt kryté bazénové haly, který bude dispozičně navazovat na stávající objekt. Lázně spolu s dostavbou bazénové haly budou tvořit rozsáhlý sportovní komplex. V prostorách po rekonstrukci budou mít zákazníci možnost využít služeb wellness centra, fitness centra s posilovnou, sálů pro taneční a jiné fitness sportovní disciplíny, restaurace, kosmetického studia s rozšířenými službami v oblasti neinvazivní liposukce a také budou mít možnost vyzvedávání internetových zásilek. Pro snadnější propojení všech podlaží sportovního a wellness centra je navržena dostavba se schodišťovým prostorem a výtahem. Objekt Zimních lázní a dostavba kryté bazénové haly bude propojen centrální vstupní halou s pokladnami a recepcí, která bude sloužit také jako vstup do areálu letního koupaliště.
The bachelor’s thesis solves the reconstruction and extension of the functionalist building of “Winter Spa” Brno-Zábrdovice, Brno, Czech Republic. The main goal of this work was to propose a new functional use of the current building with respect to the original function and to add an annexe to increase an attractiveness of the building and the services offered. Bachelor’s thesis only includes reconstruction of the “Winter Spa”, while the expansion of the new building of indoor pools has been projected. The reconstruction of spa and pool will form a large sports centre. The customers will have an access to the services of wellness center, fitness center, gym, dance halls for sports and the other fitness disciplines, restaurants, cosmetic studio where the expanded services in the field of non-invasive liposuction will be provided and also they will be able to pick up internet packages. An annexe with stairs and elevator has been designed to facilitate the interconnection of all floors of sports and wellness center. The building of „Winter Spa“ and newly built indoor pool will be linked together by a central entrance hall with cash registers and reception. The entrance hall is also an entry into the summer area.
