Abstract
Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je návrh novostavby bytového domu so šiestimi podlažiami. Bytový dom sa nachádza v katastrálnom území Brno – Bystrc. Toto miesto sa nachádza v okrajovej časti mesta Brno. Bytový dom je samostatne stojací a čiastočne podpivničený. V dome sa nachádza jedno podzemné podlažie a päť nadzemných podlaží. Štyri byty sú navrhnuté pre bývanie 4 člennej rodiny. Ďalšie dva mezonetové byty sú navrhnuté pre šiestich ľudí. Na prízemí bytového domu sa nachádza kaviareň a garáž so šiestimi parkovacími miestami. Mezonetový byt má na streche štvrtého poschodia zelenú strechu, ktorá je navrhnutá pre terasu. Zastrešenie objektu je navrhnuté plochými strechami. Konštrukčný systém je murovaný. Obvodový plášť je zateplený kontaktným zatepľovacím systémom. Dokumentácia bakalárskej práce je spracovaná pre zhotovenie stavby. Výkresová časť je spracovaná programom Autodesk Autocad.
The aim of this bachelor thesis is a project of a new building of a multipurpose facility with six floors. Multipurpose facility is situated in the cadastral area Brno – Bytrc. This place is situated on the suburb of the city Brno. Multipurpose facility is free standing and it´s partially with a basement. There is one basement floor and five floors in this building. Four flats are designed for living of family of 4 members. The next two maisonettes are designed for six people. There is a coffee–bar and a garage with a six parking places. In the maisonettes there is a green roof on the roof of a four floor of this building, which is designed for a terrace. The roofs of this building is designed as a flat roofs. The building has a brick blocks construction. The facade of building is insualted by direct external insulation system. Documentation of the bachelor thesis is prepared for the building contruction. The graphical part of documentation has been processed in the Autodesk Autocad software.
