Abstract
Bakalářská práce má za úkol vytvořit plán kvality stavební zakázky na zakázku: Přístavba rodinného domu Brno – Obřany. V teoretické části je popsána historie a současnost plánování kvality a některé konkrétní systémy plánování kvality. Dále jsou zde popsány normy řady ISO 9000 a ISO 10005, které říkají, co všechno by měl plán kvality obsahovat. V praktické části je analýza současného stavu stavební firmy BDI a návrh změn ve firmě, které se týkají plánování kvality. Dále praktická část zahrnuje vypracovaný plán kontrol a plán technických kontrol na zakázku.
The Bachelor thesis task is to set up a quality plan of a building order bespoke: additional building of a detached house Brno – Obřany. The history and present of quality planning and some concrete systems of quality planning are described in the theoretical part. Thereinafter are mentioned standards of series ISO 9000 and ISO 10005, which says what the quality plan should include. In the practical part, there is the analysis of the current position of the BDI Company and the suggestion of the changes inside this company that relate to quality planning. Furthermore the practical part contains elaborated control plan and the plan of a technical control bespoken.
