Abstract
The article will discuss the issue of premises without daylight in terms of people inside. When it is still the combined lighting and when the "windowless room"? Is an area without daylight illumination always completely without holes? Under what conditions can be established and operated "windowless room" at our discretion. Does human ever needs daylight? What this legislation? Effect of lack of daylight to fatigue, The whole issue will be complemented by many images.
