Abstract
Zcela původní příspěvek se zabývá současným pohledem na inženýrství a inženýrské obory. Inženýrství spolu s vědou a uměním, „dnes“ vytváří triádu základních lidských činností. Realizace inženýrských činností je podporována další triádou, tvořenou vědou, technikou a praxí. Termín „inženýrství“ se vyskytuje ve vazbě na všechno, co je vytvářeno nebo přetvářeno lidmi na aktuální úrovni poznání, vědění a schopností, s využitím existujících a vytvářených prostředků na rozšiřování schopností lidí, a cílevědomě realizováno pro lidmi vymezený a kvantifikovaný účel, kterým je vznik inženýrského artefaktu. Tak jako je jedna věda, je i jedno inženýrství. Obdobou vědních oborů jsou inženýrské obory. Jejich velký nárůst v posledních třiceti letech byl podmíněn vznikem a rozšířením počítačů, rozvojem vědních oborů a zvýšením úrovně techniky jedné ze složek lidské kultury, která zaručuje schopnost nebo dovednost v kterémkoli oboru lidského konání.“ V příspěvku jsou systémově rozčleněny v současnosti existující inženýrské obory do charakteristických skupin. Jednou ze skupin jsou tzv. „inženýrství expertních analýz“, jejich společným znakem je vypracovávání expertních analýz v obecném smyslu. Do této skupiny patří i znalecké inženýrství. V příspěvku je provedena analýza současného postavení soudního inženýrství.
A completely original contribution deals with the current view of engineering and engineering disciplines. Engineering, along with science and art, creates "today" a triad of basic human activities. Implementation of engineering activities is supported by another triad, consisting of science, technology and practice. The term "engineering" occurs in relation to everything that is created or recreated by people on the current level of understanding, knowledge and skills with the use of existing resources to expand human capabilities, and to everything that is purposefully implemented for the purpose defined and quantified by people, which is the creation of engineering artefact. So as the science is the only one, engineering is also the only one. Similar to science disciplines are engineering disciplines. Their large increase in the last thirty years has been conditioned by the emergence and spread of computers, by the development of science disciplines and by the increase of the level of technology in the sense of being a component of human culture, which guarantees the ability or skill in any field of human endeavour. This paper provides a system division of presently existing engineering disciplines into characteristic groups. One of them is the so-called "engineering of expert analyses", whose common feature is the development of expert analyses in general sense. This group also includes expert engineering. This paper offers an analysis of the current status of forensic engineering.
