Abstract
Hlavní náplní práce je analýza a návrh vnitropodnikového zásobování výrobních linek ve společnosti Edscha Automotive Kamenice s.r.o. Tato firma se zabývá výrobou součástek pro automobilový průmysl. Zmapování vnitřního materiálového toku je věnována kapitola 3. Tato kapitola popisuje aktuální stav zásobování regálů u výrobních linek drobným materiálem. Dále pak způsob odvozu hotové produkce a jak je ve firmě využíván systém řízení Kanban. Kapitola 4. této diplomové práce je věnována návrhové části. V návrhové části je nejprve popsána tvorba modelů v softwarech MS Excel a Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. Následně jsou zde sestaveny návrhy na zásobování výrobních linek drobným materiálem a odvozu hotové produkce. Návrhy jsou v této části práce vyhodnoceny a jeden doporučen pro implementaci do provozu. Tento návrh je následně simulován v softwaru Tecnomatix Plant Simulation a porovnán se současným stavem. Dále je stanoven počet manipulantů na fungování materiálového toku. Dále jsou uvedeny další návrhy na zlepšení, z nichž některé vyžadují jen malou změnu současného systému řízení Kanban a zásobování.
The main aim of this master´s thesis is the analysis and design of internal supply production lines in the company Edscha Automotive Kamenice s.r.o. The company manufactures components for the automotive industry. Internal material flow are mapping and described in chapter 3. This chapter describes the current state of supply buffers on production lines. Buffers are supplying by small materials. Next part of this work is describing the method of removal of finished production and using system Kanban in company. Chapter 4 of this thesis is devoted to the design part. The design part is first described the creation of models in Excel and MS software Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. Subsequently they are compiled proposals for the supply of production lines, small material and transport the finished products. Proposals in this part evaluated and a recommendation for implementing into operation. This proposal is then simulated in software Tecnomatix Plant Simulation and compared with the current situation. It is also determined by the number of handlers on the functioning of material flow. Furthermore, they are given further suggestions for improvements, some of which require a little change in the current system Kanban and supply.
