Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá materiály, které se používají ve firmě Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc při výrobě statických částí leteckých motorů. První část práce definuje požadované vlastnosti materiálů, používaných v leteckém průmyslu, řeší tepelné zpracování, chemické složení a také strukturu. V další části jsou vybrány některé materiály, které se ve firmě Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc používají. Předmětem řešení je zhodnocení výhod i nevýhod těchto materiálů, vliv vlastností materiálů na výrobní procesy, perspektiva jejich použití.
This bachelor’s thesis deals with materials that are used at Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc in the production of static aircraft engine parts. The first part both defines the required attributes of materials used in the aerospace industry and deals with thermal processing, chemical composition and structure. In the next part, there are selected some materials that are used at Honeywell Aerosapce Olomouc. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of these materials, as well as influence of the materials attributes on production processes and the prospect of their use.
