Abstract
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu rodinného domu. Stavba bude umístěna ve městě Velká Bíteš na okraji zastavěné části obce. Stavba bude sloužit pro bydlení čtyřčlenné rodiny. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící, částečně podsklepený, se dvěma nadzemními podlažími, kde druhé nadzemní podlažítvoří obytné podkroví. Součástí objektu je garáž pro jeden osobní automobil, která je umístěna v 1NP a je přístupná z exteriéru i ze zádveří rodinného domu. Hlavní vstup do objektu je v úrovni 1NP. Obvodové nosné konstrukce jsou tvořeny keramickým zdivem v nadzemních podlažích a ztraceným bedněním v suteréní části. Stropní konstrukce je tvořena keramickými stropními panely. Objekt je zastřešen sedlovou střechou. Schodiště je železobetonové. Při zpracování byl kladen důraz na vhodné dispoziční, stavebně-technické a architektonické řešení a bezpečné užívání stavby. Výkresová dokumetace je zpracována v programu AutoCAD.
The subject of this bachelor thesis is an elaboration a design documentation for a new building of a detached house. The building will be located on the outskirts a built-up area in Velká Bíteš. The building will be used as a housing for family of four. The building is designed as a detached house with a oartial cellar and two floors, whera the first floor makes up na attic. One part of the object is a garage for one car, that is situated in the ground floor a is accessible from the exterior and from a wind lobby. The main entrance is in height level a ground floor. External loadbearing structures are made of ceramic masonry in above-ground floor and of permanent formwork in the basement. The floor structure comprises of ceramic precast floor slabs. The building has a gable roof. The staircase is reinforced concrete. When processing, it was given the emphasis on the layout design, architectonic and technical arrangements and on a safe usage of the building. The drawing documentation os processed in the AutoCAD programme.
