Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem budovy s ubytovacím zařízením v koňském areálu na Kratochvilce. Budova sestává ze dvou nadzemních podlaží a je navržena ve standartu garni*** s 75-ti lůžky pro hosty a s omezenou možností stravování. Objekt tvoří hotelové pokoje se zázemím a restaurace v prvním podlaží a tři konferenční sály a hotelové pokoje v druhém podlaží. Stěny bude tvořit cihlové zdivo s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS, stropy budou železobetonové a střecha plochá extenzivní vegetační. Projekt pro provádění stavby byl vypravován v programu AutoCAD.
The subject of this bachelors thesis deals with a design building with accommodation in horse compound located in Kratochvilka. The building has two floors and it is designed in garni*** standard with 75 beds for quests and hotel is with limited options of catering service. The building consists hotel rooms and restaurants facilities on ground floor and three conference rooms and hotel rooms in second floor. The walls will consist of burnt bricks with an additional contact thermal insulation system ETICS, the ceiling will be reinforced concrete constructions and the house will have a walkable flat green roof. Design documentation was processed using the program AutoCAD 2014.
