Abstract
Cílem této práce je stavebně technologický projekt provedení spodní novostavby bytového domu v Brně ve Starém Lískovci. Řešená práce obsahuje technologické předpisy pro zemní práce, pro provádění záporového pažení, pro provádění pilot CFA a pro provádění základových konstrukcí. Technologické předpisy jsou doplněny návrhem strojních sestav, kontrolními a zkušebními plány, zařízením staveniště. Řešením tohoto obsahu je i bezpečnost práce, rozpočet stavby, časový plán a zásady organizace výstavby. Obsahem mé práce je také Studentská vědecká a odborná činnost, kde se zamýšlím nad volbou lokality pro realizaci bytového domu ve dvou odlišných lokalitách s různými únosnostmi zeminy. Tato práce je obsahem příloh pod číslem 19. „Studentská vědecká a odborná činnost.“
The objective of bachelor thesis is the construction technological project of the new residential building in Brno. The bachelor thesis includes technological regulations of earthwork, technological regulations of implementation foundations construction, implementation piles. Technological regulations are supplemented by draft of the suitable machinery, equipment of construction site and inspectional and trial plans. The author also deals with work safety, time work safety, time schedule and budget of substructure. The content of my work is also a Student Research and Professional Activities, which I consider the choice of the site for the realization of a residential building in two different locations with different soil bearing capacity. This work is the content of the annexes under number 19. "Student Research and Professional Activities."
