Abstract
Předmětem vypracování bakalářské práce je novostavba Centra Transferu Technologií VUT. Stavba je umístěna v městské části Brno - Královo pole při ulici Kolejní v rámci kampusu VUT Pod Palackého vrchem. Při návrhu byl kladen hlavní důraz na dodržení kompozičních os areálu VUT Generelu architektů Pecha a Fixela. Na základně těchto os je přímo navázáno na stávající pozemní komunikaci manipulační plochou, která je před objektem CTT. Tato silnice je propojena s ulicí Kolejní a vymezuje tak hlavní příjezd k objektu. Jednouchá podélná hmota, která respektuje okolní budovy a osovost areálu, je velmi přirozeně osazena do složitého svažitého terénu a zachovává přirozený urbanistický kontext. Principem mého návrhu je tvarová jednoduchost. Minimalistický design podpořený pravoúhlými jasnými tvary. Vymezením pozemku je vytvořena podélná hmota, která respektuje hmotově okolní zástavbu. Koncept architektonického řešení je založen na kontrastu černého a bílého odstínu. Minimalistická strohá hmota je tak v harmonií s okolní zástavbou ale v kontrastu s přirozenými odstíny zelené ve svažitém terénu. Stavební program je složen ze tří hlavních funkcí, použití speciálních technologií - výrobní haly, laboratoří a kanceláří. Tyto funkce jsou vrstveny tak aby provozní řešení bylo co nejvíce flexibilní a univerzální.
The subject of development Bachlor's thesis is new building of Center Transfer Technology VUT. The building is situated in district of Brno - Kralovo pole, in the street Kolejni within the VUT campus. During the designing, the main thing to emphasize was to keep the composition of axes in areal VUT Generel from architects Pech and Fixel. Based on those axes it is established on existing road handling area, which is in front of CTT. This road is connected to street Kolejni and it allows it to be the main arrival road to the object. Simple, longitudinal mass which respects the surrounding buildings and axes of areal. It is naturally designed to the complicated slope terrain and it saves natural urabnistic context. Principle of my design is shape simplicity. Minimalistic design supported with rectangular simple shapes. Defining the land, it's made of longitudinal mass which respects surrounding building. Architectural concept is based on black and white contrast. Minimalistic austere mass is in harmony with surrounding building but in cotrast of natural shades of green in slope terrain. Structural program is made of three main features, usage of special technology - production halls, laboratories and offices. Those features are layered so the working solution is the most flexible and universal.
