Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu s ateliérem. Stavební pozemek se nachází na kraji města Bystré u Poličky. Rodinný dům je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Objekt je nepodsklepený, má dvě nadzemní podlaží. V přízemí je umístěna garáž s dvěma stáními pro osobní automobily. Součástí práce je seminární práce zabývající se: Ověřením funkčnosti rodinného domu z hlediska vybraných požadavků tepelné techniky.
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a house with a studio. Building site is situated on the periphery of the town Bystré u Poličky. The family house is designed for a family of four. The building has two floors with no cellar. On the ground floor is situated garage with room for two cars. Integral part of bachelor thesis is a seminar paper. It deals with authentication functionality of family house in selected heating technology terms.
