Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza současného systému odměňování a pracovní motivace v konkrétním podniku s návrhem na jeho zlepšení. První teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů: odměňování, mzda, hodnocení, motivace a jejich vzájemných vztahů. V druhé praktické části charakterizuji systém odměňování a pracovní motivace v daném podniku. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou v závěru práce ve formě doporučení navrženy dílčí změny ke zvýšení účinnosti systému odměňování.
The subject of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of the current remuneration system and employee incentive program in the specific enterprise providing suggestions for improvements. The theoretical element of this thesis focuses on explanation of the terms: remuneration, salary, evaluation, motivation and their inter-relationship. The practical element of the thesis examines the remuneration system and work incentive in the specific enterprise. In the final part on the basis of all the ascertained facts is suggested some partial changes leading to a better efficaciousness of the remuneration system.
