Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby bytového domu v Hradci Králové. Navržený objekt je třípodlažní, nepodsklepený s devíti bytovými jednotkami a technickým zázemím. Svislé nosné a nenosné konstrukce jsou navrženy z keramických tvárnic Porotherm. Obvodové zdivo je kontaktně zatepleno fasádním expandovaným polystyrenem a omítnuto tenkovrstvou škrábanou omítkou krémové a achátově šedé barvy. Výplně otvorů jsou plastová okna včetně plastových vstupních dveří s nadsvětlíkem. Vodorovné konstrukce tvoří monolitické železobetonové desky jednosměrně nebo obousměrně vyztužené. Zastřešení objektu je tvořeno plochou střechou s vegetační vrstvou. Bytový dům je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Objekt je navržen s ohledem na stávající okolní bytovou zástavbu. Součástí bakalářské práce je také základní posouzení z hlediska stavební fyziky a požárně bezpečnostní řešení.
This bachelor thesis depicts project documentation for realization of an apartmen house in Hradec Králové. The designed object includes nine flats in three storeys with technical facilities and no cellar. Vertical load-bearing and curtain walls are designed to be built of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The outside wall is insulated with expanded facade polystyrene and plastered with a thin-layer textured agate and cream plaster. The openings are filled with plastic windows including a plastic entrace door with a fanlight. Horizontal constructions are made od moholithic reinforced concete panels which are reinforced in one or two dimensions. The roofing in designed as a flat roof with a layer of vegetation. The foundations of the block of flats are based on concrete strips. The design of the object respect current housing in the area. The bachelor thesis includes a basic review of construction physics and fire safety layout.
