Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby samostatně stojícího bytového domu ve Šlapanicích. Objekt je situován na okraj města, na dosud nevyužitou stavební parcelu. Bytový dům je navržený částečně podsklepený se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími a nachází se v něm celkem 12 bytových jednotek. Vstup do objektu je ze severní strany. Stavba je založena na základových pasech. Konstrukční systém je stěnový podélný ze systému ztraceného bednění Velox. Ze stejného systému jsou navržené i stropní konstrukce. Střecha objektu je plochá jednoplášťová s vegetační vrstvou.
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of the new apartment building in Šlapanice. The building is situated on the outskirts of the town, on a unbuild plot. The apartment building is designed partly with basement with four ground floors and has 12 residential units. The entrance to the building is from the north side. The construction is based on strip foundation. The construction system is a wall longitudinal from the Velox permanent formwork system. The ceiling structures are also designed from the Velox. The roof of the building is warm flat with vegetation layer.
