dc.description.abstractThis project deals with the design of the monoclimate incubator chamber for in vitro cell cultivation and cell observing under the confocal microscope. It is based on requirements and parameters set by the biophysics laboratory of the Department of Biomedical Engineering. The resultant device will serve for optical measurements of in vitro cell cultivations.en
