dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce je cenové porovnání variantního technického řešení konkrétního stavebního objektu. Na úvod jsou popsány jednotlivé části stavebního rozpočtu a jejich vznik. V praktické části je provedeno variantní porovnání stavebních materiálů na základě jejich technických vlastností. Vítězné materiály jsou vloženy do původního rozpočtu, čímž nastala změna výsledné ceny stavebního objektu.	cs

On introduction describes the various parts of the construction budget and their origins. In the practical part the comparison of alternative building materials on the basis of their technical characteristics.
