dc.description.abstract	Bakalářskou prací je novostavba rodinného domu s kavárnou ve Vrdech. Část, kterou tvoří dvoupodlažní rodinný dům, je podsklepena, vedlejší jednopodlažní kavárna nikoli. Obě části objektu mají plochou střechu. V podzemním podlaží se nachází technická místnost a sklepní kóje. V prvním nadzemním podlaží rodinného domu je zádveří se šatnou, chodby, WC, koupelna, obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem a jídelnou s přístupem na terasu, a garáž. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází ložnice, tři dětské pokoje, pokoj pro hosty, koupelna, WC, šatna, pracovna a komora. Z chodby v prvním nadzemním podlaží je možný průchod do kavárny, ve které je hlavní prostor dělen na část pro obsluhu, a pro hosty. Dále se zde nachází zázemí pro zaměstnance, sklad a hygienické zázemí. Ke kavárně je připojena venkovní terasa. Kavárna je řešena jako bezbariérová. Projekt byl zpracován pomocí počítačového programu ArchiCAD 18.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Bachelor thesis is a new family house with a café in Vrdy. Part of the two-storey family house is a basement, the one-storey cafe next. Both parts of the building have a flat roof. The underground floor has a technical room and cellar. On the first floor of the family house there is a vestibule with dressing room, corridors, toilet, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and dining room with access to the tercce, and garage. On the second floor there are bedrooms, three children's rooms, guest room, bathroom, toilet, cloakroom, study and pantry. From the corridor on the first floor above you can go to a café where the main compartment is divided into a service area and for the guests. There is also a base for staff, storage and hygienic facilities. An outdoor terrace is connected to the café. The café is designed as barrier-free. This project was elaborated in ArchiCAD 18.	en
