| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této diplomové práce je provést konstrukční návrh přesuvny pro přemisťování svazků plechů s rozvahou konstrukce elektromechanické a elektrohydraulické a provést důležité technické výpočty. Úvod práce obsahuje popis použitého konstrukčního řešení s popisem jednotlivých částí přesuvny a přehled použitých komponentů od jednotlivých výrobců. Práce zahrnuje funkční výpočet, který obsahuje zejména návrh a kontrolu pohonu pojezdového a zdvihacího ústrojí, výpočet rychlosti pojezdu a zdvihu břemene, dále řetězových převodů a dalších konstrukčních celků přesuvny. Závěr práce se zabývá pevnostním posouzením rámu přesuvny pomocí metody konečných prvků a také posouzením maximální nosnosti stroje a případných konstrukčních úprav. Součástí práce je i požadovaná výkresová dokumentace, tedy sestavný výkres přesuvny, kolejnicové dráhy a detailní výkresy rámu a excentrů pojezdových kol. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this thesis is to design a proposal of Transfer table electromechanical earmarked for transporting packs of sheets of tin with balance-sheet of electromechanical and electrohydraulic construction and to make important technical calculations. The introduction contains a description of the used constructional solution with the description of the individual parts of the transfer table and survey used components from different producer. The work includes functional calculations, which mainly includes the design and control of power running and lifting gear, calculate speeds and lift loads, the chain drives and other assemblies Transverse. Conclusion of this work deals with the assessment of the frame strength of the Transfer table using the finite element method. Further the work deals with the assessment of the maximum capacity of the machine and with any design modifications. The work also contains a design documentation, especially the plan of the Transfer table and detailed drawings of the frame and eccentric casters. | en |
