| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem polyfunkční struktury na bázi Baugruppe, kde je developer nahrazen 12 domácnostmi s vidinou komunitního bydlení. Koncept tvaru vychází z myšlenky hledání sdílených meziprostorů v liniové zástavbě. Objekt se skládá z pěti hmot, které jsou v jednotlivých podlažích propojovány a přerušovány pavlačemi, balkony a lodžiemi a dochází tak ke vzniku celé řady situací. | cs |
