dc.description.abstractUrbanistické rišenie Riešená parcela sa nachádza na ulici Pastviny v mestskej časti Brno Komín. Pozemok sa nachádza na samom okraji tejto mestskej časti a priamo naväzuje na okolitý les, ktorý je na jeho východnej strane. Na pozemku sa nachádza alej gaštanových stromov, ktoré návrh zachováva v pôvodnom stave. V oklií je dobrá občianska vybavenosť. V jeho najužšom okolí sa nachádza základná a materská škola s ich priľahlími športoviskami a satelity rodinných radových domov na južnej strane pozemku. Po východnej a severnej hranici pozemku vedie doležitá oddychová pešia trasa, na ktorú návrh reaguje priechodzím parterom a „obnovením“ pastvín, ktoré sa tu kedysi nachádzali. Pozemok by tak rozšíril túto oľúbenú pešiu trasu a slúžil by tak aj komunite obyvateľov mestskej časti Komín. Súčasťou projektu je aj vlastná komunitná miestnosť s náveznosťou na plató s mestským mobiliárom. Architektonické riešenie Hmota objektov vychádza z pozdĺžneho tvaru pozemku a je rozdelená na tri bytové domy. Rozdeľuje pozemok na časť „ulica“ a na časť „pastviny“. Objem reaguje na orientáciu pozemku k svetovým stranám natočením krídel s bytmi na juh a západ. Všetky byty sú tak ideálne oslnené a majú výhľad na „pastviny“. Na severnej strane objektov sú umiestnené komunikácie formou zasklennej pavlače. Táto pavlač spolu s lodžiami bytov je tvorená samostatnou oceľovú konštrukciu, ktorá tvorí formu týchto bytových domov. Hlavným modulom sa stáva jedna obytná miestnosť, čo zaisťuje dobrú bytovú variabilitu. V celom objekte sa tak nachádza štyridsaťtri bytov od veľkosti 1+kk až po byty 5+kk s terasou. Parkovanie je riešené kombinovane formou nadzemného aj podzemného parkovania. Stavebné riešenie Stavba je riešená ako železobetónový skelet o rozmeroch 8600mm x 6600mm so stužujúcim komunikačným jadrom. Tento skelet je zateplený tepelnou izoláciou s hrúbkou 200mm. Plocha stavebných otvorov je minimalizovaná na severnej fasáde a naopak otvorená je južná a západná fasáda, čo prospieva k pasivným ziskom energie. Tieto stavebné otvory sú vyplnené kvalitnými drevohlinikovými oknami a dverami s izolačným trojsklom. Na skelet je naviazaná samostatná ocelová konštrukcia pavlače a lodžií. Táto koncepcia umožňuje dokonalé zateplenie vykurovaného skeletu od samostatnej ocelovej konštrukcie nevykurovaných pavlačí a lodžií a teda značnú mieru energetickej efektívnosti.cs
dc.description.abstractUrban Risen Solution parcel located on the street Pasture in the city of Brno chimney. The property is located on the edge of the city district and directly continues the surrounding forest, which is on the east side. The shell is insulated with thermal insulation with a thickness of 200 mm. Area building openings is minimized on the north facade and vice versa is open to south and west facades, which benefits the passive energy gain. These construction holes are filled with high quality aluminum windows and doors with Triple glazing. On the frame is attached a separate steel construction porches and balcony. This concept allows a perfect insulation shell fired by a separate steel structures unheated porch and balcony, and hence a considerable degree of energy efficiency.en
