dc.description.abstractProjekt je o existujícím areálu Vlněna v Brně, který byl vybudováván pro výrobu textilií přes sto let. V posledních dvaceti letech ovšem ztratil tento svůj význam. Ve svém projektu se snažím prokázat exkluzivitu tohoto místa, jeho flexibilitu a schopnost být městem. Vlněna je specifické místo. Má svou jedinečnou neopakovatelnou atmosférou. Svůj klid, svou historii. Prověřila ji doba. Je hodnotou Brna. Ovšem povrchními měřítky nezachytitelnou. Projekt vytváří fiktivní brněnskou čtvrť, která těží ze své historie. Nová vrstva obyvatel sebou přinaší život do všech koutů. Vytváří oblíbená místa, vhodná pro bydlení, práci. Stavá se atraktivním a vyhledávaným místem v Brně, které navštěvují i turisté. Je vhodnou alternativou pro komerční osu mezi nádražími. Identická atmosféra místa je nenapodobitelná.cs
dc.description.abstractMy project is about existing area called Vlněna in the city of Brno. Te textile factory had been built during last hundred years. Last twenty years have brought changes and it lost its function. I am opening the question about value of this area. I believe it can be a part of the city. Simoply to have streets, houses and to be accommodated. Its very flexible with its overspaced buildings. The atmosphere is threshold. Its very special and remarkable. The object of Vlněna brings value to Brno. But its impossible to measure this by numbers or fast looking. The project created a new fictional quarter in Brno. Its valuable because of the special identical atmosphere and its position close to Main station and city center. New inhabitants brings life to all corners. It has became very popular throughout all generations. It has favorite meeting points. Its become an attraction for the whole city. This place is just here!en
