C operating points of a linearized noninertial network can be, according to the character of their stability, classified into 3 categories: 1. stable, 2. unstable, 3. conditionally stable (conditionally unstable). In the paper it is shown that the process of decision can be based on modified node voltage formulation of network equations. The suggested process consists of formulation of the system matrix, matrix inversion and simple arithmetical manipulations with the elements of the resultant matrix.en
