Je potřebné mít stanovenou cenu stavebního díla, která je nutnou součástí smlouvy o dílo. Je dobré znát práva a povinnosti účastníků výstavby. V praktické části, se práce zabývá možností stanovení ceny, ze strany zhotovitele, v souladu se smlouvou o dílo.	cs
