dc.description.abstract	Tato předložená práce pozůstává z dvou částí. V první části rozebereme teorii bytové potřeby, zaměříme se na přiblížení jednotlivých forem bydlení a jeho financování a taktéž na stav bytového fondu ČR. V druhé části, praktické, porovnáme tři druhy bydlení a jeho možnosti financování pro studenta, který ukončil VUT v Brně a hledá vlastní bydlení.	cs
