Abstract
Ve své práci zohledňují právo každého člověka na nesouhlas a svobodnou volbu. Jednotlivé navržené zásahy nejsou finální premisou či nejlepší možnou verzí příběhu. Nevytvářím ucelený architektonicko urbanistický návrh, ale ucelený architektonicko-urbanistický manuál. Jednotlivé zásahy spolu mohou a nemusí kooperovat. Investorem může být město, soukromník, podnik, instituce. Mohou se odehrát naráz a nebo pozvolna a postupně během několika desítek let. Hlavní podmínkou využívání manuálu je zdravý rozum. Manuál neprosazuje násilím svojí pravdu. Proměna budov musí probíhat v rámci dobrovolnosti a jako vyhodnocené dobré řešení. Manuál pohlíží na stavby individuálně, v tom ovšem musí pokračovat ten, který ho využívá Manuál bere ohled na ekonomiku, fyzikální zákony a svobodu lidského myšlení. Nebere ohled na momentální systém památkové péče a současnou stavební legislativu. Manuál nabízí, ale nenařizuje. Manuál potřebuje člověka více, než člověk potřebuje manuál.
In his work, taking into account each person's right to dissent and freedom of choice. Individual interventions proposed are the final premise or the best possible version of the story. I do not create a coherent architectural and urban design, but a comprehensive architectural and urban manual. Individual interventions together may or may not cooperate. The main condition for the use of the manual is common sense. Manual force does not enforce his right. The transformation of the building must be carried out within the framework of voluntary and assessed as a good solution. The manual looks at the buildings individually, however, he must continue the one who uses it The manual takes into account the economy, the laws of physics and the freedom of human thought. It neglects the current system of cultural heritage and the current building legislation. The manual offers, but not required. Manual man needs more than one needs manual.
