but.defence	Cílem práce bylo získat informace o způsobu bydlení a řešení bytové problematiky v jednotlivých časových periodikách a analyzovat převažující vývoj této problematiky v současnosti.Pro dosažení cíle byla zvolena metodika průzkumu různých forem bydlení ve 3 zásadních historických obdobích našeho státu. Výsledky svých průzkumů a získaných informací se autorka pokusila formulovat jako doporučení pro stanovení zásad současného charakteru obytných staveb. Práce obsahuje řadu přínosných informací, nicméně má spíše encyklopedický charakter. Autorka mohla v závěrečném vyhodnocení projevit více odvahy a podrobit analýze současné normy a vyhlášky, vztahující se k navrhování staveb pro bydlení, které mají těsnou vazbu na typologii jako vědní obor.	cs

dc.description.abstract	Zabývat se problematikou bydlení je jednou z priorit každé společnosti. Bydlení se vyvíjí s ohledem na tradice, geografické podmínky a je závislé na ekonomické úrovni společnosti. Cílem disertační práce je na základě průzkumu a rozborů konkrétních obytných staveb ve vybraných historických etapách společnosti analyzovat přístupy k architektonické tvorbě pro bydlení. Rozbor architektury pro bydlení v jednotlivých historických etapách vývoje společnosti by měl přispět k ujasnění koncepce pojetí architektury pro bydlení, vyjasnění jaké urbanistické, provozní a konstrukční přístupy prospívají tvorbě dobře fungujícího obytného celku nebo obytného domu. Díky rozboru a poznání výstavby obytných staveb minulých sta let můžeme určit kladné a záporné principy navrhování obytných staveb, ověřené časovým odstupem. Není cílem řešit současné nedostatky ve tvorbě bydlení jednoduše návratem k principům, které vznikaly za jiných sociálních, ekonomických a technických podmínek. Můžeme se ale z těchto principů do budoucna poučit a snažit se jimi na aktuální problematické otázky bydlení odpovědět. Tyto principy by měly být současné, odpovídající dnešní společnosti a technickému pokroku, místním tradicím a geografickým danostem České republiky.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Being concerned with the questions of housing is one of the priorities of each society. Housing develops with reference to traditions, geographical conditions and it is subject to economic level of a society. The aim of doctoral thesis is to analyze the approaches to architectonic dwelling production. This is based on investigation and analysis of the particular buildings in the chosen historical periods of society. The analysis of the dwelling architecture in individual historical periods of society development should contribute to clarification of the dwelling architecture conception, clarifying which urbanistic, functional and constructional approaches contribute to creating a well operating housing complex or dwelling-house. Thanks to the analysis and understanding the dwelling construction building-up of the last hundred years we can define the positive and negative principles of designing dwelling constructions proved with the benefit of hindsight. It is not the aim to solve the contemporary insufficiency in dwelling design simply by returning to principles which came into existence under different social, economic and technical circumstances. However, we can learn from those principles and try to employ them when answering the up-to-date problematic questions of housing. The principles should be contemporary, in accordance with present society and technical advance, local traditions and geographical givenness of the Czech Republic.	en
