| dc.description.abstract | Ve své diplomové práci se budu věnovat problematice spokojenosti zákazníka, která je důležitým faktorem úspěchu firmy. Zákazník je nejdůležitějším článkem trhu a pokud není dostatečně spokojen, odchází ke konkurenci. Proto pokud chce být firma úspěšná na trhu, musí věnovat zákazníkovi dostatečnou péči a pozornost. Cílem je navrhnout projekt zvyšování zákaznické spokojenosti a tím také zvyšování povědomí o firmě. Spokojenost zákazníků budu sledovat ve firmě, zabývající se výrobou a distribucí bylinných produktů a to na základě metody dotazování pomocí dotazníků, při které jsou oslovováni jak lékárníci, tak koneční spotřebitelé. Ze zjištěných údajů dotazníkového šetření vyhodnotím spokojenost zákazníků a navrhnu doporučení firmě, které by vedlo ke zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníka. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | In my diploma thesis I deal with the issue of a customer satisfaction, which is an important factor of the company success. Customer is the most important part of the market, and if the customer is not sufficiently satisfied, he usually goes to another competitor. Than, if the company really wants to be successful in the market, they must try to provide an adequate care and attention to the customer. The aim of this thesis is then to propose a project for increasing the customer satisfaction and thereby also increasing an awareness of the company. I will survey the customer satisfaction in a company dealing with the production and distribution of herbal products. My survey will be based on the method of questioning using interviewing questionnaires, where both pharmacists and final customers are respondents.. Based on the survey and data provided within the survey, I will evaluate the customer satisfaction and provide the company a recommendation, which would result in increasing of the customer satisfaction. | en |
