Prevence závažných chemických havárií

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o prevenci závažných chemických havárií. Jsou uvedeny základní pojmy této oblasti, případové studie, přehled legislativy a legislativně stanovených povinností, historie a současného stavu prevence závažných chemických havárií v České republice. Dále je zpracován modelový příklad prevence chemických havárií. Na závěr jsou uvedeny návrhy na zvýšení chemické bezpečnosti v České republice a návrh stupnice pro hodnocení chemických havárií.

This bachelor thesis handles prevention of major chemical accidents. There are introduced basic terms, case studies, legislative overview and legislative defined duties, historical and present status of prevention of major chemical accidents in the Czech Republic. There is also chemical accident prevention model case elaborated. At the conclusion, concept of chemical safety increase and concept of scale for chemical accident classification are introduced.
