Proces evidence materiálu v podniku

Abstract

Bakalárska práca „Proces evidence materiálu v podniku“ sa zaoberá analýzou súčasného stavu vo zvolenom podniku a návrhom riešení, ktoré prispejú k zlepšeniu procesu evidencie materiálu. Prínosom bakalárskej práce je zníženie časovej náročnosti procesu príjmu a výdaju materiálu a teda aj nákladov, ktoré sú vynaložené na jeho vykonanie. Navrhované zmeny sa týkajú aj kultúrno-organizačnej sféry podniku, ktoré prispejú k procesnému riadeniu firmy.

The bachelor thesis "The process of material registration in the company" deals with the analysis of the current situation in the selected company and the proposal of solutions that will contribute to the improvement of the process of material registration. The contribution of the bachelor thesis is the reduction of the time consuming process of material receipt and issue and therefore the costs that are spent on its execution. The proposed changes are also related to the cultural-organizational sphere of the company, which will contribute to the process management of the company.
