Měření a hodnocení výkonnosti podniku pomocí benchmarkingu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením finanční výkonnosti podniku AUTOIMPEX spol. s r.o. v letech 2018–2020 pomocí metody benchmarking. Práce se dělí na tři části. První část je zaměřená na teoretickou stránku finanční analýzy. Je v ní obecně definovaná finanční analýza a její jednotlivé ukazatele. Druhá část práce je praktická, zde je využita finanční analýza, její ukazatele a samotný benchmarking. V třetí části jsou vytvořeny návrhy na vyřešení nedostatků vyskytujících se po provedení finanční analýzy či návrhy k dalšímu možnému zlepšení firmy.

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on evaluating the financial performance of AUTOIMPEX spol. s r.o. throughout the years 2018–2020 using the benchmarking method. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical side of financial analysis. The financial analysis and its indicators are difined universally in the first part. The second part of the work is practical, the financial analysis, its indicators and benchmarking are used in this part. In the third part there are suggestions for problems that came up after the analysis, and also suggestions to improve the financial state of the company.
