Abstract
Článek analyzuje, popisuje a hodnotí dopad změny zákona č. 254/2020 Sb., o znalcích, znaleckých kancelářích a znaleckých ústavech, na znaleckou činnost. Analýza je zpracována na základě dotazníkového šetření, probíhajícího v závěru roku 2021ve formě ankety, oslovením 1 002 znalců. Vyhodnocení jednotlivých odpovědí je ilustrováno i volnými citacemi vyjádření znalců. Článek se zabývá charakteristikou jednotlivých ustanovení zákona, jejich negativními dopady i pozitivními přínosy. V závěru jsou formulovány doporučení a návrhy opatření.
The article analyzes, describes and evaluates the impact of the amendment to Act No. 254/2020 Coll., On experts, expert offices and expert institutes, on expert activities. The analysis is based on a questionnaire survey, conducted in the form of a survey, addressing 1,002 experts at the end of 2021. The evaluation of individual answers is also illustrated by free citations of experts. The article deals with the characteristics of individual provisions of the law, their negative effects and benefits. In the end, recommendations and proposals for measures are formulated.
