Abstract
Obytný soubor na úpatí Palackého vrchu v Brně-Komíně. Lokalita na pomezí lesa a sídliště je v dnešní době zahrádkářskou kolonií. Ta je inspirací konceptu zástavby, jehož cílem je zachování charakteru zahrad jako přidané hodnoty k bydlení. V návrhu je pozemek zastavěný strukturou řadových domů, které doplňují mozaiku zástavby úpatí kopce podél ulice Pastviny. Jako reakce na svažitost terénu vytváří zahrady terasy poskytující obyvatelům dostatek soukromí. Členitá struktura zároveň vytváří měřítkem příjemné prostory pro setkávání.
Residential complex at the foot of the hill Palacky Brno - chimney . Located on the border of forest and settlements are nowadays allotment . It is an inspiration concept development , whose aim is to preserve the character of the gardens as an added value to housing. The proposal is to land on the structure of terraced houses , which complement the mosaic of buildings along the street hillside pasture. As a reaction to the slope of the terrain creates a garden terrace giving residents plenty of privacy. The rugged structure also creates a benchmark comfortable spaces for meetings .
