| dc.description.abstract | Při hledání výrazu objektu jsem nejprve hledal urbanistické souvislosti, které se promítly do návrhu objektu. Objekt návrhu dokresluje typický městský blok. Vyzdvihuje hmotu, která navazuje na okolní holé štíty a uzavírá řešený prostor. Převážná většina funkční náplně objektu je zaměřena na bydlení. Kromě hlavní funkce je zde také prostor zaměřený na konference a ateliérové pracoviště, případně na řemeslné dílny. V 1.PP se nachází podzemní parkoviště s 76 parkovacími stáními a technické místnosti. V 1.NP jsou vstupy do příslušných funkcí objektu. Ateliéry jsou přístupné ze severní strany vstupem, který je krytý samotným objemem budovy. Vstupuje se přes recepci do hlavního prostoru, kde probíhají přednášky a konference. Dále jsou zde vstupy do jednotlivých ateliérů, výstavních ploch a sociálního zařízení. Komerční prostory mají svá zázemí a sociální zařízení přístupná z hlavního odbytového prostoru. V 2.-6. NP se nacházejí bytové jednotky různých velikostí. V 6.NP jsou byty pro movitější obyvatele s venkovními terasami. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | In searching for expression of the object, I first looked for the urban context which is reflected in the design of the object. The object illustrates a typical city block. It emphasizes the material which follows the surrounding bare shields and closes the space. The vast majority of the function of the object is focused on housing. Besides the main function there is also a section focusing on the conference and studio work, or at craft shops. The 1st floor is underground parking with 76 parking spaces and technical rooms. In 1.NP are entrances to relevant functions of the object. Studios are accessible from the north side entrance, which is covered by the actual volume of the building. Enter through the main reception area, which lectures and conferences. There are also inputs to the studios, exhibition spaces and social facilities. Commercial spaces have their own facilities and restrooms accessible from the main area of the sales. In 2 to 6 NP are residential units of various sizes. In 6.NP are apartments for wealthier residents with outdoor terraces. | en |
