dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce navazuje na projekt vytvořený v třetím ročníku bakalářského studia. Jedná se o rekonstrukci bývalého venkovského stavení, nejspíše z počátku 20. století. Pozemek se nachází v obci Repechy, která je součástí obce Bousínov v Olomouckém kraji, okres Prostějov. Současná budova byla stavěna v několika etapách, nejstarší částí je severo-západní křídlo, částečně podsklepené, s neobytným podkrovím. Dále se ke stavení přistavěly chlévy, tak, že objekt získal uzavřený dvůr. Jako poslední stavební úprava bylo provedeno zastřešení dvoru plechovou krytinou. Celý objekt byl poté využíván k chovu dobytka, což je jeden z hlavních důvodů, proč je dnes v havarijním stavu. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo přestavět původní budovu na penzion s širokým volnočasovým vyžitím, jako je pěší turistika, cyklistika, jízda na koni, hyppoterapie, rybolov a v zimě i bruslení. Vhledem k již zmíněnému havarijnímu stavu objektu se jedná o rekonstrukci spíše z povinnosti, kdy jsou zachovány pouze 3 nosné stěny nejstarší části objektu a pouze jedna, historicky nejcennější fasáda. Celé architektonické řešení se snaží dávat do kontrastu staré s novým. Nejvíce si toho všimneme u západního nároží, kde přechází historická fasáda ve fasádu skleněnou a poté na střeše, která sice je umístěna na klasickém dřevěném krovu, ale jako krytina slouží skleněné tabule v hliníkových rámech. Hlavní vstup je situován na rekonstruované fasádě. V přízemí se nachází recepce, restaurace, technické zázemí a šest pokojů pro hosty. Druhé nadzemní podlaží je celé vyhrazeno ubytování hostů. Východní křídlo je jednopodlažní a je v něm umístěn byt majitele.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis is based on an earlier project made in third year of bachelor study. It is a reconstruction of former rustic building, which was built probably in early 20 century. Area is located in Repechy village, which is part of Village Bousínov in Olomouc region, Prostějov district. Current building was built in several stages. The oldest part of the building is northwest wing, semi cellared, with non-habitable attic. After that cowsheds were built, so the buiding gain character of enclosed building. As final modification, the atrium was roofed with metal roof. Whole building was used to breed cattle, which is one of the main reasons, why is the building in such a horrid state. Main goal of bachelor thesis was to rebuild this building into pension with wide freetime activities such as hiking, cycling, horse riding, hyppotherapy, fishing and even ice-skating in winter. Due to the emergency state of the object the reconstruction is more or less forced. Only three bearing walls from the oldest part of the building and one facade were preserved. Whole architectional solution is trying to put old and new into contrast. It is most visible in west corner, where historical facade switch to the glass facade and on the roof, which is placed on classical wooden roof frame, but is shielded with glass plates in alluminium frames. The main entrance is situated in preserved facade. In the ground level, there is reception, restaurant, technical facilities and six rooms for guests. Second floor is fully reserved for accomodating guests. East wing has one floor and the flat of owner is situated in here.	en
