| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možnosti financování bydlení v České republice. Nejprve jsou zde popsány některé ze základních pojmů, se kterými se můžeme setkat v přímém styku s touto problematikou. Dále popisuje některé druhy financování bydlení se kterými se můžeme setkat. Pro daný typ investora byly navrženy některé možnosti financování bytových potřeb, a ty jsou v krátkosti charakterizovány. Následně jsou zde popsány jednotlivé výhody a nevýhody, včetně návrhu. | cs |
