| dc.description.abstract | Proudové zrcadla jsou stavebním kamenem většiny analogových i digitálních obvodu. Pomocí programu SNAP byly ověřeny vlastnosti proudových zrcadel s bipolárními tranzistory pomocí výstupního, vstupního odporu tranzistoru a strmosti tranzistorů. Dále byly důležité parametry vypočítány zjednodušeně pomocí zjednodušeného modelu tranzistoru. Pro každé ze zapojení proudových zrcadel byl vytvořen zjednodušený návrh výpočtů. | cs |
