but.defence	Studentka nejprve představila svoji práci formou prezentace v PowerPointu, kde popsala budovy s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Ve výpočtové části se studentka zabývala energetickou náročností rodinného domu. Studentka vytvořila celkem tři varianty provedení předmětného rodinného domu. Tyto varianty vyhodnotila a vzájemně porovnala. Vyjádřila se k připomínkám oponenta a odpovídala na připomínky členů komise. A – Studentka výborně reagovala a zaujal stanoviska ke všem připomínkám předložené diplomové práci od oponenta i členů komise.	cs

dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení budov s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Teoretická část shrnuje obecné požadavky na budovy s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Dále pojednává o dalších kategoriích budov z hlediska energetické náročnosti a o vlivech a činitelích působících na energetickou náročnost budov. Výpočtová část porovnává tři různé konstrukční systémy navrženého rodinného domu z hlediska energetické náročnosti pomocí energetického posudku a průkazů energetické náročnosti budov.	cs

Theoretical part summarizes general requirements on buildings with almost zero energy consumption. It also discusses other categories of buildings on terms of energy demand and influences and factors affecting the energy performance of buildings.
