dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je novostavba energeticky úsporného dvoupodlažního nepodsklepeného rodinného domu ve Zlíně. Tvar a výškové osazení objektu se přizpůsobuje pozemku a okolní zástavbě. Dům je určen pro bydlení pětičlenné rodiny. Hlavní vstup a vjezd do objektu je v úrovni 1NP z ulice Nivy IV. Dům má tvar kvádru s představěnou terasou na východní straně. Ze západní strany je přistavěna garáž pro jeden osobní automobil. Hlavní obytné místnosti jsou orientovány na jih. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou z keramických tvárnic. Strop nad oběmi podlažími je skládaný z keramický vložek, 1. a 2. nadzemní podlaží jsou navzájem propojena železobetonovým schodištěm. Rodinný dům má plochou střechu. Projekt byl zpracován pomocí počítačového programu AutoCAD.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject of this Bachelor’s thesis is a new construction of energy-saving twostorey detached house without basement, built in Zlin. The shape and height setting of the object adapt to the land and the surrounding area. The house is suitable for housing a family of five members. The main entrance and the vehicle access to the building are on the 1st floor from the street level Nivy IV. The house has a cuboid shape with terrace on the east side. There is a garage for one car on the western side. The main living rooms are oriented on south. The vertical structure is made of the ceramic blocks. The ceiling above the second floors is stacked from ceramic inserts, 1st and 2nd floor are connected by reinforced concrete staircase. The house has a flat roof. The project was prepared in a computer program AutoCAD.	en
