Teoretická časť prace rieši legislatívu o energetickej náročnosti budov ,energetickom audite , energetickom posudku. Výpočtová a praktická časť obsahuje zhodnotenie energetickej náročnosti teda výpočet preukazu energetickej náročnosti budovy. Ďalej sú navrhnuté úsporné opatrenia a vybraná najlepšia varianta. Na koniec zhodnotenie ekonomického a ekologického hľadiska.	cs
