Abstract
V konceptu jsem se inspiroval Komínskou návsí. Jedná se o kvalitní strukturu (nejen v rámci Komína), která přežila více než 700 let a i když byla původně zemědělská, nemá žádný problém se adaptovat na dnešní potřeby. Snažil jsem se zachovat hierarchii prostorů od ulice po zahradu, s tím, že zahradu jsem navrhl společnou. Toto sdílení by mělo vést k větší komunikaci mezi lidmi. Z podélných domů, které tvoří náves, jsem převzal základní principy, které vytváří tuto strukturu. Stěny i střecha domů jsou navrženy ze železobetonového sendviče. Cílem bylo, aby dům působil jako jeden celek a také, aby obytný soubor působil jako jeden celek vůči okolí. Surovost betonu v exterieru vytváří kontrast s krajinou, konkrétně s Palackého vrchem, a tím se s ním snaží dostat do rovnováhy. Surovost betonu v interieru poukazuje na pohodlnost dnešní doby a snaží se od ní odpoutat.
In concept, I was inspired Komín village square.
