dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem technologie izolace spodní stavby na cenu stavebního objektu. V teoretické části jsou obecně popsány současně používané technologie provádění izolací spodní stavby a základy oceňování stavebních prací. V praktické části jsou vybrány technologie vhodné pro použití při stavbě konkrétního rodinného domu a vykalkulován jejich rozpočet. Závěrem je vyhodnocen vliv ceny izolace spodní stavby na celkovou cenu určeného objektu.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor's thesis examines the impact of the foundation insulation technology on the building construction cost. In its theoretical part currently used technologies of the foundation insulation and basics of valuation of construction works are described. In the practical part, technologies suitable for specific family house are selected and their budgets are calculated. Finally, the impact of the foundation insulation technology on the selected object cost is evaluated.en
